Hi, I’m Bobby D.! My journey into hairstyling has been one of passion, exploration, and finding my purpose. Growing up in the small town of Hubbard, Texas, I was a dreamer with many interests—zoology, fashion design, and hairstyling all captured my imagination. After high school, I moved to Denton to attend Ogle School of Hair Skin and Nails, and it was there that I found my true calling.

Before discovering my path, I took a leap into college, only to realize it wasn’t the right fit. That experience became a turning point, pushing me to pursue hairstyling—a decision that felt like coming home. At Ogle, I fell in love with cutting and balayage, and I’ve been honing my craft ever since, working in several salons that shaped my skills and deepened my passion.

A game-changer for me was discovering Joico products, which ignited my interest in hair health. Now, I focus heavily on both hair and skin health, combining high-quality products with techniques that prioritize the overall well-being of my clients’ hair. Every style I create is designed to make my clients feel confident and beautiful.

Today, I’m proud to work at The Hair Chief Salon in Mabank, Texas, alongside my best friend, Shiloh. Sharing this creative space with her is a dream come true—it’s a place where we help clients transform not just their hair, but their outlook.
